Muhammad Jasim

Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy

Muhammad started Revive Rehab Services, LLC in 2012 with the intention of providing the best Physical Therapy care to the clients in their home on an outpatient basis. Revive Rehab Services expanded to an outpatient clinic now located in beautiful city of Bethlehem in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.Muhammad obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Montana, Missoula and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University. He is a health and fitness enthusiast who is passionate about active living.  He believes in treating the cause of your injuries, and not just the symptoms. His treatment approach includes manual therapy, posture and biomechanics analysis and correction, therapeutic taping, therapeutic cupping, extracorporeal shockwave therapy and other various modalities as required.

 He is a board certified clinical specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy as well as Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  As a strength and conditioning specialist, Muhammad has acquired expertise in therapeutic exercise rehabilitation and tends to have more of an active exercise-based approach to treatment.  His clinical interests include (but are not exclusive to) post-surgical rehabilitation, acute and chronic injuries and neck and back pain. He also has experience treating brain injuries and neurological conditions. She is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and Arabic. 

When not working, Muhammad volunteers with local charity organizations. He enjoys the great outdoors and can often be found hiking the trails of Lehigh Valley.  Aside from physical activities, Muhammad spends time with his wife and his two sons in their school or sports activities.  He is now accepting new and all patients and looks forward to working with you!

Dareen Alzoubi

Hi, my name is Dareen Alzoubi, PT, DPT, I’m a doctor of physical therapy, I received my BS in the field of rehabilitation-physical therapy from King Saud University (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) in 2004, and a DPT degree included a one-year advanced studies in Women’s Health from TWU, TX in 2016. I recently completed additional coursework through the American physical therapy association (APTA) including pelvic floor series: PH1 (under active PFM), and PH2 (bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain) courses and I’m a member with APTA as well. Since graduation, I have been a full-time PT at a large hospital in KSA, treating primarily acute and chronic orthopedic patients in an outpatient setting. In 2008 I became a certified Lymphedema therapist and began treating lymphedema and breast cancer patients. 

In 2012, I started my journey with pelvic health through intensive courses at Herman and Wallace Pelvic Health Rehabilitation institute. Also, In 2022, I worked in Lehigh valley health network for a brief period.
My passion is to empower and educate women to regain control, confidence and independence in their lives by Providing excellent, patient centric care. My goal is to create a welcoming and safe space for my patients where we can work together to achieve their goals.
My approach to pelvic wellness involves individualized, hand on patient care, that includes: manual therapy of the pelvic floor and hip musculature, internal and external myofascial and trigger point release, breathing training, relaxation techniques, specific exercises targeting pelvic floor muscle and the core.
Treating variety of symptoms:
1.    Stress urinary incontinence. 
2.    Urge urinary incontinence. 
3.    Mixed urinary incontinence.
4.    Urinary urgency and frequency.
5.    Pelvic organ-prolapse.
6.    Post-partum pelvic floor dysfunction (sexual dysfunction, UI, diastasis recti).
7.    Fecal incontinence. 
8.    Constipation.
9.    Pelvic floor dysfunction related to irritable bowel syndrome, endometriosis, painful bladder syndrome, and vulvodynia.
10.    Sexual dysfunction (Vaginismus, Dyspareunia)
11.    Pudendal neuralgia.
12.    Coccygodynia.
