DO I NEED A PHYSICAL THERAPY PRESCRIPTION?

  • Medicare B: We can work with your family physician and try to get prescription/plan of care signed which is required for Medicare B. You can also have a doctor fill out our Physical Therapy prescription form during your MD visit.

  • Self pay: You will not need Physical Therapy prescription upto 30 days of treatment.

  • Out-of-network: Please contact us and we can help to find out the details.
